if you receive any such mail:

• Do not make any payment unless you have confirmed the request directly with us using our official contact details.
• Always verify that the sender's email address matches our official email domain before responding to any booking-related communication.

If you have already clicked on a link or made a payment, please:

• Contact your bank immediately to determine whether the payment can be reversed.
• Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and verify your booking.

The security of our guests is extremely important to us. We appreciate your vigilance and apologise for any concern this situation may cause.
